Fitting our chiller blinds

Fitting our chiller blinds is a very straight forward 2 man process. The blinds come pre-assembled so all you need to do is hold the rail up against the top fascia of the chiller cabinet in the position you want it to hang from and then have the second person mark the fascia where the hanging points are.

Then, if you want a screw fixing, simply drill the fascia where you have marked with a 6mm drill bit. Alternatively, if you do not want to drill your chiller cabinet, the kit comes supplied with self adhesive stainless steel hooks which can be positioned where you have marked.

If you have decided to drill and you have access to the rear of the fascia then you can secure the rail in place using the nuts and bolts supplied with the chiller blind kit. If you cannot access the rear of the fascia you must secure the rail in place using the self tapping screws supplied with the chiller blind kit.

When the chiller blind is more that 2m wide the blind will come supplied in more than one section. You simply repeat the process for each section, ensuring that the rail on each section butts up tightly against it's neighbouring rail. The kit will have two black end stops on the rail which must be positioned at each end when fitting is complete.
